Will I get food or drink on my Stint?

Businesses are not obliged to provide staff meals, so we strongly recommend eating before you start your Stint. You may be lucky and get some free food, but it is best not to expect this. On longer Stints (6+ hours), you are entitled to a 20 minute break, so it may be a good idea to bring a snack with you.

Water will always be available to you; just ask the manager or a member of staff where to get it from. It's really important to stay hydrated whilst working, so ensure you drink water regularly.

Top Tip: When the manager gives you a tour at the beginning of your Stint, ask where you can get water and if they will offer food.
