We only allow for emergency cancellations supported by valid documentation, typical situations that could as an emergency for us could be situations that are health-related or related to bereavement (for example). University-related commitments, however, do not fall under emergency cases.
Rest assured, we've taken steps to facilitate smooth communication within your Stint team. You should already be part of a dedicated WhatsApp group, connecting you with fellow team members. This way, if you ever need to make changes to your Stint, you can easily coordinate with others who may be available to step in or swap Stints with you.
