What is Stint’s three strike policy?

We have a 3-strike policy in place to ensure a consistent and reliable service for our businesses. All businesses have standards that they need to maintain, and Stinters are given the opportunity to be a valuable member of their team for the duration of the Stint.

If you reach 3 strikes on your account, your account will be deactivated, and you'll have a 3-day hold period to appeal.

By implementing this policy, businesses feel confident to use Stint for their staffing needs. As a result, more and more opportunities are created for our Stinter community, both now and in the future!

In the hospitality industry, our standards are fair and attainable. In fact, a huge proportion of our Stinters never incur a strike throughout their time with Stint.
