A Stint Rota is a week of Stints, which should reflect your Stint usage in a typical schedule of demand.
Once you save a week of Stints, this will become your 'default' Rota - this is the week that will be posted at the start of each week, for a period of 4 weeks ahead.
Of course, no week is quite the same in hospitality - so you can edit the start/end times of your already posted Stints for future weeks, or flex up via our 'Post a Stint' feature in addition to your week's Stints via the Schedule page.
