What happens if my Stint doesn’t show up?

It is very unlikely that a Stinter won't show up to a Stint at all. In fact, we operate at an average fulfilment rate of 98%. 

In the event that there are fulfilment issues, our Business Support team will always notify you if a Stinter is going to be late or if there are any last-minute changes to your assigned Stinter.

If, in the unlikely case a Stinter does not show up and you haven’t heard from us, you should reach out to our Business Support team and let them know as soon as you can. From there, we will ensure a Stinter gets to you as quickly as possible and will carry out an investigation into what happened. Where necessary, a no-show Stint will of course be removed from your invoice.
