You’ll be notified by email if you receive a strike.
The email will outline the reason for the strike, and the number of strikes on your account. As a reminder, here are the following behaviours that result in a strike:
- Wearing the wrong uniform.
- Arriving and checking in late for your Stint.
- Cancelling a Stint with less than 24 hours notice.
- Leaving your Stint early, without notifying us or the business.
After receiving a strike, there’s a 3-day window if you need to appeal it. You can do so via our live chat function in the app. Instructions will also be provided in the initial strike email.
