There was a problem checking in to my Stint
If you experience technical difficulties when checking-in, we're here to help!
Reach out to our Support team via Live Chat straight away.
You can do so by following these steps:
- Go to Account.
- Select Help.
- Click on Live Chat.
A very late check-in will result in payment being deducted from your payslip. If you were unable to notify us in time, don't worry! You can still contact us after your Stint, and we’ll be able to validate if you arrived on time.
If that’s the case, we’ll reimburse you with the deducted payment. The reimbursement won’t take longer than 11 calendar days, and it will often be much quicker.
