We understand that it's not ideal when a business cancels a Stint, and we share your disappointment. Please know that we do follow up with businesses who regularly cancel Stints, to check in and make sure they’re using Stint appropriately.
If your Stint gets cancelled by the business, you'll receive a push notification and text message to let you know, and the Stint will no longer appear in your app. We'll also send you an email confirming the cancellation and any information about potential compensation.
We're committed to finding you new Stints, so if a cancellation occurs, we'll do our best to offer you alternative Stints that match your preferences.
