We understand that Team Stints come with a stricter cancellation policy compared to our regular Stints. This is because many applicants sought to be a part of your team, and both you and the business have invested valuable time and effort in your training. Consistency is key in maintaining the familiar faces that customers recognise and trust.
While we don't typically allow cancellations for Team Stints, we do make exceptions for genuine emergencies. These might include health-related issues or bereavement, for instance. However, university commitments, while important, don't fall under this category.
If you're facing an unforeseen emergency, we recommend checking with your team on the group chat to see if anyone can cover for you. Please keep in mind that cancelling without proper evidence will result in your removal from both the Stint Team and the platform entirely.
