I have an appeal call with a member of the team, what should I expect?

If you receive a rating of 3* or lower on a Stint, you'll have the option to book a call with our Support Team. During the call, we'll chat about what might’ve gone wrong, and get your perspective on the situation. While there's no need to overly prepare, taking a moment to gather your thoughts and reflect on how the Stint went, will be helpful for the conversation!

It's important to approach the call with respect and an openness to receiving feedback. We understand that negative reviews can be a downer, but please don’t direct frustration towards our team members. That kind of behaviour may lead to account deactivation. The calls are designed to help you improve your performance going forwards, so you can keep using the Stint platform. We're here to work together and support you towards this.
