How does the three strike policy work?

Our 3-strike policy ensures that every Stinter on our platform maintains a high level of performance and reliability. You can easily avoid strikes by complying with the following:

Confirm Attendance: You’ll receive a Stint notification or phone call from us before your Stint, to confirm your attendance. Failure to do so will result in a strike against your account.

Check-in on time: Be punctual and arrive on time for your Stint. Being late will result in one strike.

Complete the full Stint: Ensure you complete the full duration of your Stint. Leaving early without permission or being sent home for poor performance will result in one strike.

Wear Correct Uniform: It's crucial to wear the uniform specified for the Stint. Showing up in the wrong clothes may lead to being turned away, resulting in one strike.

Respectful Behaviour: Treat managers and all staff members with respect throughout the Stint.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a Stint, please do so in a timely manner. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time will result in one strike.

Remember, if you fail to show up to your Stint without prior notice, you'll be automatically removed from the platform. We can’t stress enough how important it is to cancel more than 24hrs in advance. This gives us enough time to find a replacement if you're no longer able to attend.
