Do I need to confirm my Stint a second time, 2 hours before the Stint start time?
Not anymore! All you need to do in the run-up to the Stint is:
- Confirm your Stint via the app when prompted (this will be 5 hours before your Stint, or the night before if you have a Stint in the morning)
- Notify us if you are running late - via the link in the app
- Check-in via the QR code when you arrive at the business
Based on your feedback, we have made this process a lot simpler - so no need to confirm a second time between the two steps above!
Please note: Failure to confirm your Stint could result in you being unassigned from that Stint and receiving Strikes against your profile.
