Can I cancel my Stints?

Yes, cancelling a Stint is very straightforward and can be done directly from the app.

You can do so by locating the Stint you want to cancel in the ‘Stint Schedule’ section of the app (Menu - Schedule - Stint Schedule), opening the Stint and selecting Cancel Stint at the bottom of your screen.


However, be sure to read our cancellation policy before doing so to avoid any extra charges:

10% of Stint’s cost

6 - 12 hours before Stint’s start time

20% of Stint’s cost

40% of Stint’s cost

1 - 3 hours before Stint’s Start time

65% of Stint’s cost

< 1 hour before Stint’s start time

If Stint is < 4 hours long: 85% of Stint’s cost

If Stint is > 4 hours long: 100% of Stint’s cost

The business sends their Stinter home early due to:
Not needing them anymore;

Not being busy.
